We established this firm in direct response to the EF3 tornado that struck St. Louis in May 2025, with one clear purpose: to help the City recover quickly, effectively, and transparently. Our goal is to bring proven program leadership to a time of great urgency — coordinating across agencies, streamlining processes, and ensuring that recovery investments deliver real results for residents and businesses.

Our connections to St. Louis runs deep. For nearly a decade, we’ve worked alongside SLDC and other partners on major revitalization initiatives, building relationships and delivering outcomes that matter. Globally, our leadership has guided some of the world’s most demanding recovery and infrastructure programs, from earthquake rebuilding in New Zealand to master planning in sensitive environments. Today, we bring that expertise back to St. Louis with one clear commitment: to support its recovery and help build a stronger, more resilient future.
